RockTenn Announces Dividend

Monday 29. October 2012 - RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.225 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5, 2012.

The dividend, which will be paid on November 19, 2012, represents an annual dividend rate of $0.90 per share.
RockTenn Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James A. Rubright stated, “The RockTenn Board of Directors authorized this dividend increase in light of the strong cash flow, profitability and outlook for our business.”
