Screen USA at Labelexpo Americas 2012: Large Crowd and Constant Buzz

Wednesday 10. October 2012 - Labels are everywhere, and the sector is huge — and growing. As an exhibitor at Labelexpo Americas, the Screen team looked forward to visiting with show attendees who work so hard to make the label industry what it is. We certainly weren't disappointed, because there were a lot of you on the show floor and in the Screen booth.

Labelexpo Americas allowed us to share digital printing and flexo platemaking solutions with scores of friends in the industry. Screen is creating innovative technologies like the recently introduced Truepress Jet L350UV to push the possibilities of inkjet in future label printing workflows. The strong, steady foot traffic and buzz from show attendees proved beyond doubt that label converters see great value and potential business growth in Screen inkjet solutions. We enjoyed productive conversations with many of the industry’s most knowledgeable print professionals on the importance of continuing to develop such solutions.
The PlateRite FX870II high-resolution flexo plate imaging unit also caught the attention of showgoers. Labelexpo provided an excellent opportunity to assess the impact that integrating EQUIOS Flexo Series workflow products into your processes can have on the label printing market as well. Thanks to everyone who helped make our Labelexpo debut incredibly rewarding.
