Customers do not often have the opportunity to test run the machine they are considering. Add to that the abundance of companies that offer converting equipment not even available for a visit.

Karlville Development wants to assist the converter to make such a decision easier by offering a Slitter Rewinder available for test runs with customer material at the Karlville Tech Center in Elgin, Illinois, just 15 minutes from the Chicago O’Hare international airport. Very valuable information regarding material behavior and necessary parameter set up to achieve excellent roll quality will be obtained.
Our Flexible Solution Techcenter is located strategically, in Elgin, IL. The facility has been equipped with a SLIT-UHS-TR 1300, KSG Pouch Machine and a Solventless Laminator.
