Label Expo 2012: Karlville participation

Friday 07. September 2012 - Karlville Development Group is a leading manufacturer of shrink sleeve converting and shrink sleeve application equipment dedicated to serve the flexible packaging industry. Among the lines that the company offers are: Wide Web Slitter Rewinders, Narrow Web Slitter and Inspection, Lamination, Extrusion, Bag Making and Carry Handle Application Equipment.

This year, during Label Expo 2012, Booth 158 Karlville will be exhibiting their K3 Seaming Machine, ideal for shrink converting at high speeds. The machine comes standard with an Unwind Unit of 800 mm Maximum Diameter, Lay Flat Forming System with available widths of 55 to 350 mm with 18 mm option, Automatic Solvent Feeding System, Proportional Speed Control, Focused Air Nozzle for Seam Inspection, Static Eliminator, SIEMENS PLC, PROFACE High analysis HMI. Additionally, the machine has been upgraded with a web width measuring system from Webcontrol, a UV Seam Detector, and an automatic EFD Positioning System.
During LabelExpo 2012,Karlville will team up with HP and make live demonstrations of our K1 Seaming Machine and the STEAMBOX PRO.
