Friday 20. July 2012 - Johnson & Quin, Inc., a national leader in targeted direct marketing services, today announced the acquisition of Naperville, IL-based American Mailers, Inc., a division of ANET Corporation. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Operations will be combined into two Johnson & Quin facilities in Niles, IL.
The acquisition considerably expands Johnson & Quin’s high volume capacity and offers American Mailers’ clients access to Johnson & Quin’s full spectrum of direct mail marketing, printing and production capabilities proven to boost response, including personalized direct mail solutions, QR codes, customized microsites and mobile or email messaging.
“Drawing on the strengths of both companies enhances our company’s reputation as a value-add alternative for marketers seeking a vertically integrated source of marketing services,” said David Henkel, president of Johnson & Quin. “We are excited about the possibility of offering our full range of capabilities to the loyal clientele of American Mailers.”
ANET will continue to focus on the e-commerce and fulfillment business in its Chicago, IL, Louisville, KY and Cleveland, OH area facilities. “Johnson & Quin has an incredible record of stability with over 136 years in business,” said Shane Randall CEO of ANET. “We have been working with them for the past nine months, integrating our data processing activities to ensure a seamless transition.”
