Eastman Board Declares Dividend

Friday 06. May 2011 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable July 1, 2011, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2011.
