CEWE COLOR Holding AG: Dividend is to be increased to 1.25 euros

Tuesday 29. March 2011 - The Supervisory Board of CEWE COLOR Holding AG (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901) resolved in its meeting of today to support the dividend proposed by the Board of Management and to propose a dividend of 1.25 euros for each share eligible for dividends at the Annual General Meeting of the company on 18 May 2011 (2010 dividend 1.05 euros).

On the basis of the current share price of 31.35 euros (23 March 2011, 13:28 pm, Xetra) shareholders will receive a dividend yield of 4.0%.
