Budge Industries Announces Acquisition

Thursday 24. March 2011 - Road Wrap, Rug Wrap(TM) and Snow Wrap(TM) Protective Film Products

Budge Industries, LLC, a leading provider of protective covers and protective asset solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a product line of protective films from World Class Concepts, LLC. The new products, Road Wrap, Rug Wrap(TM) and Snow Wrap(TM), are state of the art protective films primarily designed to guard the interior carpet and exterior finishes of automobiles, boats, motorcycles, RV’s and other vehicles, from road rash, bug stains and other road debris, while traveling or transporting your vehicles.
The inventor of the product, Edward Nickolaus, Jr., a former body-shop owner, inventor and patent holder on several other products, will remain active with Budge Industries and continue to promote and develop the product line which is currently being launched at over 450 Pep Boys stores nationwide.
