MAKINO JAPAN FACILITIES UNDAMAGED

Friday 18. March 2011 - Makino world headquarters in Tokyo, Japan have indicated that all its employees have been accounted for and its facilities remain undamaged. While power grids and transportation systems have been disrupted, Makino is continuing to work diligently on current operations and deliveries. The Port of Yokohama where Makino Japan exports product remains in good condition.

“The people of Japan and all affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami are in our thoughts,” said Don Lane, CEO of Makino North America. “We are deeply saddened by these events and share our sympathy with all those who have lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy.”
