GULF PRINT & PACK OPENS TO AN ENTHUSIASTIC CROWD AT AIRPORT EXPO
Wednesday 16. March 2011 - Airport Expo yesterday saw a large number of people arriving to visit the leading show for the commercial and package printing industry in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region, Gulf Print & Pack 2011.
The show, which features over 400 international and local exhibitors, will run until 17 March giving visitors two more days to visit the show still and see many live demonstrations of the latest working machinery and technology in the printing and packaging industry.
Gulf Print & Pack was opened in style on Monday by Mr. Abdulla A. Al Saleh, Undersecretary Ministry of Foreign Trade, U.A.E.
Afternoon seminar sessions have run over the last two days covering the hot topics security printing and anti-counterfeit solutions and digital solutions for printing and packaging. The sessions have been very busy and well received by the visitors who gathered to learn from industry experts. There will be three more afternoon seminar sessions running on Wednesday covering topics which include printing technology and press systems.
It is expected that even more visitors will descend on Airport Expo over the next two days, and fill the aisles with the same sense of enthusiasm and innovation that the show has seen so far.
