EMAK Worldwide Announces Filing of Plan of Reorganization
Friday 04. March 2011 - EMAK Worldwide, Inc. (EMAKQ.PK) announced today that the Company, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary EMAK Worldwide Service Corp., filed its proposed Joint Plan of Reorganization ("Plan") and its Disclosure Statement with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California in Los Angeles on February 28, 2011.
The Disclosure Statement is currently scheduled for a Bankruptcy Court hearing on April 7, 2011.
The Plan has the support of the Companys preferred equity holder.
