Tunnel of Fire being shown exclusively at Pro2Pac by Unitherm Food Systems
Thursday 03. March 2011 - Visitors are invited to witness Unitherms brand new Tunnel of Fire, a high-speed machine which promises to flame-roast a whole chicken or ham in just 30 seconds.
Also on display will be the Micro Spiral Oven, the worlds smallest spiral oven, which has a footprint of only 2.2m x 2m and a throughput productivity of more than 250kgs per hour.
Visitors will also be able to see the Unitherm Flame Grill machine, which features multiple ribbon burners that seal in the product’s moisture with unprecedented results.
