Nexxlinx Acquires Microdyne Contact Center Operations

Nexxlinx, an Atlanta-based provider of Business Process Outsourcing and marketing services, has announced an agreement in principle for Nexxlinx to acquire Microdyne Outsourcing, Inc. from L-3 Communications Corporation. Microdyne, based in Orono, ME, provides outsourced contact center services and fulfillment to a diverse range of industries, including government, telecommunications, e-commerce, video gaming, and publishing.

Nexxlinx has experienced solid growth, and needs room to grow both in terms of quality employees and overall capacity. This opportunity will bring deep expertise in government markets, a group of very talented people, and a world-class facility, all in a first class community. We expect to significantly expand the employment at the Orono facility this year.”
Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
