GREGG S. ZEGRAS NAMED PRESIDENT OF REALAGE
Wednesday 02. February 2011 - Gregg S. Zegras has been named president of RealAge, a leading consumer-health media company based in San Diego, today announced Chuck Cordray, senior vice president and general manager of Hearst Magazines Digital Media. Zegras begins in his new role immediately and will report to Cordray.
Zegras joins RealAge from LifeMed Media, Inc./dLifea source of real, practical solutions for managing diabeteswhere he served as chief operating officer since 2008. While there, Zegras shifted the company’s strategic focus toward digital media, increasing monthly Web traffic and digital revenues. He also spearheaded the dLife community platform, which has become the leading community site for people with diabetes.

From 2006 to 2008, before joining LifeMed Media, Zegras was senior vice president and general manager of digital health for iVillage, a property of NBCU Digital Media. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, Zegras was vice president and general manager for iVillage Parenting Network and responsible for a new multimedia division that resulted from iVillage’s acquisition of Lamaze Publishing Company. He has also held leadership positions at Lois/USA Advertising and Scaros & Casselman Advertising.
