Neenah Paper Declares Quarterly Dividend

Wednesday 02. February 2011 - Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE:NP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable on March 2, 2011 to stockholders of record as of close of business on February 11, 2011.
The company previously announced it was increasing its quarterly dividend effective in 2011 from $0.10 to $0.11 per share in November 2010.
