ACS Selected By 3 Italia to Provide Global Customer Care under Four-Year Contract
Thursday 30. September 2010 - Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), today announced a new four-year contract to provide customer care services to Italian mobile media company, 3 Italia.
The contract will be fulfilled by the companys Argentine-based operations, formerly known as Multivoice. The global nature of the contract – a U.S. company providing customer care services to an Italian company via operations based in South America – demonstrates the value of ACS expanding global delivery network. ACS acquired Multivoice in December 2008 to expand its capabilities in the region.

ACS Latin American operations, headquartered in Córdoba, Argentina, will provide call center services to 3 Italias nearly nine million customers in Italy; answering customer inquiries on billing matters and technical questions. With millions of Italian-speaking individuals in Argentina, including many families with Italian ancestry, ACS Multivoice has a large talent pool of potential employees who are fluent in Italian and have close connections to Italy.
