Integrated Production area
In addition to the daily educational presentations taking place in the main theatre, Fujifilm will also be holding six short, interactive demonstrations that will delve deeper into the world of integrated production.

A presentation on “Offering print services online” at 11.00am will give printers the opportunity to see first-hand how the power of web-to-print technologies can be utilised to build an online print service. Fujifilm will also demonstrate how to manage integrated production in the most efficient way in its “Integrated JDF production” demonstration at 11.45am.

Managing high volume output has its own challenges, so Fujifilm will be demonstrating how it can help print service providers achieve benchmark productivity in a demonstration entitled “Managing high volume production” at 12.30pm, while “Offering pre-press services online” at 14.45pm will reveal how printers can offer new services online which will help them differentiate themselves and improve customer relationships.

The final two demonstrations of the day that will take place in the Integrated Production area will allow visitors to understand all about “Managing personalised print” at 15.30pm, with Adobe rounding off each day with an overview of its vision for the “PDF Print Engine” at 16.15pm.

“It’s important for Fujifilm to provide opportunities for printers to get a real insight into ways in which they can improve their businesses,” says Graham Leeson, European marketing communications manager for Fujifilm. “Printers attend Ipex not only to look at the very latest hardware and software on the market, but also to investigate the best business solutions to their everyday production issues. We not only look forward to providing visitors to our stand with thought provoking educational material focussing on the future of the industry, but also to providing them with practical demonstrations on how to solve today’s typical business issues.”
