Neenah Paper Declares Quarterly Dividend and Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 19, 2010

Tuesday 04. May 2010 - Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE: NP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 2, 2010 to stockholders of record as of close of business on May 14, 2010.
