SP Group appoints new Managing Director to further drive business success

SP Group, the leading provider of POS, POP and related services (part of St Ives plc), today announces the appointment of new Managing Director, Steve Parkin, supported by other new key appointments to drive business growth.

With a strong and proven background in sales and operations for big blue chip brands, including Exxon, Mars and the Football Association, mixed with several previous MD roles in distribution, sports, leisure and healthcare businesses, Parkin’s experience and contacts are expected to greatly benefit SP Group.

SP Group has also appointed Andrew Mallows to the position of Sales Director. Andrew has been in Sales and Account Management in the drinks and sport trades for 15 years, following an early career as a professional rugby player for Swansea.

Adrian Hope has joined SP Group as IT Director, responsible for leading and developing the company’s IT strategy – supported by its current team of experts. The Forward Thinking Team has appointed Rob Padmore as its new Digital Media Consultant responsible for advising customers on new technology availability for the “Digital Out Of Home Screen” market, and its suitability to their business.
