Hexion to Raise Prices for Epoxy Resins in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Monday 26. April 2010 - Effective May 1, 2010, or as contract terms allow, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., will increase the prices of its liquid, solid and solution epoxy resin grades by 300 Euro/MT in Europe and 400 USD/MT in the Middle East and Africa.

This increase is in addition to other increases announced previously and is driven by the continued increases in the cost of key raw materials as well as the shortages of epoxy resins and precursors in the market.
