Visitors planning to attend the international Ipex 2010 exhibition on 25th May, which is the last day of the global print, publishing and media event, will also benefit from free admission to the first day of the Total Processing & Packaging 2010 exhibition, taking place from 25th-27th May at The NEC, Birmingham, UK.
Attendees to Ipex, which will open its doors to an international audience on 18th May, will find major global packaging and converting companies demonstrating a vast array of new and enhanced products and solutions in Halls 17- 20 as well as many narrow web digital label devices in Halls 9 to 12.
Pre-registration for all those wishing to attend Ipex 2010 is available free-of-charge via www.ipex.org/register and will result in a £30.00 saving off the entrance fee and £10 off the event catalogue fee (RRP £25).
Occupying Hall 5, Total Processing & Packaging 2010 marks the third edition of the UKs key forum for integrated processing and packaging. The event will provide visitors with an opportunity to see over 400 exhibitors from 30 countries showcasing the latest developments in every sector including packaging materials, containers, pack design and marketing, intelligent packaging, raw materials, solids and fluids handling, control and instrumentation, FMCG processing equipment, contract packing and manufacturing, and packaging machinery.
Comments Nick Craig Waller, Ipex 2010 marketing director: “As more people are taking on additional specifying responsibilities, a combined visit to Ipex and Total will provide a cost-effective opportunity to discover, evaluate, compare and contrast the latest innovations in print for packaging to expand business horizons, optimise productivity and profitability. Visitors to The NEC on 25th May can take maximum value from their time spent at the venue and save on entrance fees by attending two major exhibitions with just one visitor badge.”
Packaging and converting printers visiting the Total event can also engage in the rich learning programme at the Printers Profit Zone at Ipex, which has been designed to set printers on the path to success during the challenging economic times. The seminars are all free, but spaces are limited, so visitors are advised to reserve their place by registering in advance. www.ipex.org/ppz
