Dr. Olaf Holzkämper appointed Chief Financial Officer of CEWE COLOR Holding AG
Monday 15. February 2010 - Dr. Olaf Holzkämper has been appointed to the Board of Management of CEWE COLOR Holding AG (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901) to take effect on 1 April 2010.
He will be responsible for the Finances & Controlling, Investor Relations and Corporate Development divisions. Olaf Holzkämper will also remain a Director of the Neumüller CeWe Color Foundation, the Executive Committee for all the operative activities conducted by the Group, where he will perform the same functions.
After studying Business Administration at the University of Passau, Olaf Holzkämper gained his doctorate at Göttingen University. He then worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Munich and Hong Kong. In 2005 he joined the CEWE COLOR Group as Head of Finances & Controlling. As a Director he has been responsible for Finances & Controlling and Corporate Development since 2007. He was entrusted with Investor Relations responsibilities in 2008. The CEWE COLOR Supervisory Board is delighted to be able to maintain a high level of consistency in the management with this appointment.
