Following the completion of the European Works Council consultation, Rio Tinto Plc has formally signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Amcor’s CEO and Managing Director, Mr Ken MacKenzie said: “We are pleased to have finalised the consultation process with the European Works Council and look forward to moving to completion of the transaction.”
