Monday 05. October 2009 - Superior product quality is the key reason for Continental Ice Cream’s selection of tamper-evident printed pails from RPC Containers Oakham, the latest chapter in a supply relationship that has endured for 25 years.

Based in Essex, Continental was founded in 1984 and today specialises in the supply of natural-set yoghurts to retailers, cash and carry outlets, and the catering trade. The company has been using RPC Oakham pails from the beginning and – despite trying out alternative packaging over the years – has never found anything to better their original choice.

“The consistent quality, reliable performance and exceptional service we get from RPC makes them our undisputed first choice,” confirms David Kooner of Continental Ice Cream.

RPC’s latest deal with the company is to supply 5 and 10 litre tamper evident pails, printed with the Continental brand, for sale to the catering industry. This is an important side of the business, as Continental is one of the country’s leading suppliers to the Asian restaurant sector.

At the same time, RPC Oakham continues to provide Continental with a range of sizes, including smaller tubs better suited for retail outlets.
