IPA Expands Online Color Management Program with Supplier Solutions

IPA, The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers, is extending its popular online Color Management Professional (CMP) Certification Program with the addition of product specific training for suppliers color technologies and solutions.
The CMP-Supplier Solutions program delivers product specific training to premedia professionals via the same state-of-the-art online training platform used for the CMP program. CMP-Supplier Solutions are product-specific training modules designed to educate premedia professionals on the proper operation and implementation of various color-related reprographic technologies. With access to this in-depth online education, trainees can better troubleshoot inconsistencies and integrate new technologies into existing workflows.
IPAs Color Management Professional (CMP) Certification Program is composed of a series of on-line video instructional color management courses and exams. Hundreds of students have already enrolled in the introductory program, CMP-Fundamentals, composed of six hours of online expert video instruction demonstrating the best practices of color management in graphics workflows. The CMP-Fundamentals course concludes with a comprehensive online exam to achieve CMP Certification. This credential helps employers identify the most skilled color professionals for hiring and advancement and enables job candidates to authenticate their expertise in the area of color management.
