ACQUISITION BREATHES NEW LIFE INTO WARD KNOWLES
Wednesday 05. August 2009 - Paragon Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of Ward Knowles, the specialist business form printer, to further strengthen its trade arm.
Paragon Group Ltd has announced the acquisition of Ward Knowles, the specialist business form printer, to further strengthen its trade arm. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will see Paragon acquire the Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire operation, which includes an 80,000sq ft manufacturing unit.
With a reported turnover in excess of £12m and 70 employees Ward Knowles will continue to operate under its existing name. The brand has over 100 years of expertise within the print industry and long standing relationships with major print management companies making it the perfect investment for Paragon.
