Sealed Air Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Friday 24. July 2009 - Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share.

The dividend is payable on September 18, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2009.
