PGi Launches Component to Integrate with Adobe LiveCycle

Thursday 23. July 2009 - Access to PGiCOS Provides New Ways to Embed Multi-Modal Communications into Business Processes

Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI), a global provider of on-demand, applied communication technologies, today launched the PGi component for Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES) that integrates directly into the Premiere Global Communications Operating System (PGiCOS), a powerful, on-demand multi-modal communications platform.

The PGi component enables enterprises to readily embed PGiCOS SMS notifications, fax document delivery, and trackable e-mail directly into workflows using LiveCycle Workbench’s intuitive process designer interface. Created to serve Adobe LiveCycle customers that need to take customer engagement to the next level, the PGi component is available for download in Premiere Global’s developer community and via the Adobe Developer Connection.

The PGi component easily integrates communications technologies into commercial business systems using open APIs without hardware or complicated development resources required. Geared to make the investment in LiveCycle even more productive, the PGi component adds an extra layer of communication from within a LiveCycle workflow and empowers companies to quickly capture and route information, notify clients and minimize manual processes.

“The PGi component provides Adobe LiveCycle customers the ability to leverage the power of the PGiCOS’ on-demand communications platform to further enhance mission-critical business processes. Embedding PGi communications technologies into LiveCycle processes provides customers a better way to richly interact, engage and extend their reach,” noted David Guthrie, CTO, Premiere Global Services, Inc.
