LOUVRETTE GROWS SUCCESSFUL SOUL COLLECTION
Wednesday 01. July 2009 - Germany-based Louvrettes Soul Collection is going full throttle.
In May 2009 the plastic-injection specialist launched the Soul standard range to meet the needs of cosmetics clients seeking sleek, innovative design and numerous decoration options for standard jars and caps.
Made of Polypropylene, Soul collection is currently available in 5, 15, 50ml (thick-walled versions) and 100ml capacities. The lines runaway success has prompted the company to launch a 200ml jar, which is set to roll out this summer.
Decorative Freedom, Local Expertise
In line with Louvrettes expertise in decorative techniques, Soul, Regula and Konico Collections offer a wide range of pigment effects, surface finishes and custom-decorating possibilities. Available in either matte or shiny surfaces, the standard ranges transparent jars and caps can therefore be personalized for beauty brands who want to stand out from the pack. Louvrettes decorating and surface finishing options range from silkscreen printing, pad printing, hot stamping, laser engraving, sleeving and labelling on the jar or insert to lacquering, metallisation, water transfer, magnet lacquer etc…
The company also creates customized pigments that are specially formulated to minimize flow lines.
Exclusively European production is another major plus, as clients benefit from both European expertise as well as significantly shorter lead times. Once the product development stage is completed, the finished product takes just 8 weeks to be delivered.
Green Focus
High environmental standards are a key aspect of the business for Louvrette. In addition to strict green measures in its European production facilities, the 30, 50 100 and 200ml capacities in the Soul Collection are Ecocert-certifiable, while the 100ml offers an innovative 50ml refill system.
