OCME AT DRINKTEC 2009 (SEPTEMBER, 14-19 – MUNICH)

The range of equipment include depalletisers, filler for beverages and viscous liquids, labelers, shrinkwrappers, wrap-around packers, palletisers, robot palletisers, and laser guided vehicles.
At Drinktec 2009 in Hall B5, Booth 602, OCMEs will show a new generation’s VEGA shrink-wrap packer that has been recently re-design with important improvements in terms of:
reduction of energy consumption (low consumption shrinking tunnel, high efficiency motors)
accessibility for operators and maintenance (operator side free from obstacles; full vision safety guards, control panel sliding on rail for operation in every area of the machine)
easier maintenance of major components (belts in the film feeding ramp, and belt in the film wrapping section are mounted on extractable trolleys for maintenance activities)
plug and play configuration (electrical panel is mounted on the top of the machine and cables are already connected for faster start-up)
fully automatic size change (individual motorized belts in the selection area with zero pressure)
operator interface with self-learning features
Vegas range of shrink-wrap packers has model for film only, film + pad and film + tray packages and a range of speed between 30 and 450 packs per minute.
