Kodaks Smart Touch Technology offers Laserfiche Resellers Added Value through New BOLT Bridge Integration

To enable this efficient process of distributed scanning, The BOLT Bridge application integrates Kodaks Smart Touch feature for KODAK Desktop Scanners directly into Laserfiche content management systems.
Kodaks Smart Touch feature, available on the KODAK i1200 Series Scanners, KODAK i1300 Series Scanners, KODAK i1400 Series Scanners, and KODAK SCANMATE i1120 Scanners, helps users capture, store, index and retrieve documents from a variety of easily configured locations. Laserfiche value-added resellers (VARs) can now provide their customers with the added value of intuitive, one-touch scanning that generates ease of use for time savings and greater efficiency.

The BOLT Bridge application accommodates vertical market applications of LASERFICHE software, by storing up to nine user defined document profiles with support of user login, rights, security and document capture features. The combination of Kodaks Smart Touch feature and the BOLT Bridge application provide a seamless integration of hardware and software that saves time, helps to reduce training costs, and reduces user errors.

The BOLT Bridge application is a software utility for scanning, routing and indexing developed by BOLT LTD. It works with Kodaks Smart Touch feature, enabling direct scanning into LASERFICHE version 7.x and 8.x systems as well as LASERFICHE Intuition version 7.x.
