M&R Introduces the In-Tac Internal Shirt Adhesive Application System
Thursday 09. April 2009 - M&R is pleased to announce the addition of the In-Tac Internal Shirt Adhesive Application System to its line of ancillary screen-printing equipment.
The new M&R In-Tac streamlines and simplifies oversize and all-over printing by providing a simple, effective way to apply adhesive inside garments before they reach the press. This ensures that both sides of the garment are kept motionless and stable during the print process, even when loaded on top of the pallet, rather than around it. Using oversize pallets in this fashion can result in increased production speed and reduced labor costs. In-Tac is also great for “all-over” printing of finished garments on a belt printer.
In-Tacs high-quality spray nozzle automatically applies an extremely fine mist of corn-starch-based adhesive to the inside of the garment as the garment is pulled into position. A sensor detects the garment and emits a pre-determined amount of adhesive. After spraying, the garments can be stacked flat in preparation for loading onto the press.
