MULTI-FILL Consolidated Filling System for Ready Meals

Volumetric Filler for Ready Meals

Wednesday 04. March 2009 - The MPF fillers deposit products such as: cooked pasta (short & long goods), cooked / IQF rice, various fruits and vegetables, refrigerated salads, and others, into many types of containers (trays, plates, cups, bowls, cans, bags, jars, etc.) at speeds up to 120 containers per minute.

This year we will be showing our MPFSC-120-01 volumetric particulate filler with our 3-position distribution system, in operation.

Multi-Fill has recently developed and installed in the UK, France, Ireland, Spain and the USA several models, MPFSC-120-01, with 2 and 4-position as well as a10-position distribution systems to fill noodles, fried rice, surimi and many other products into containers in various multiple lanes conveyor systems. They efficiently distribute the products into the containers at up to 13 to 15 cycles per minutes.

From one discharge point, the doses are distributed into 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 pouches depending on the pattern selected. This principle can also be applied to the in-feed supply of a series of vertical pouch machines.
The distribution systems can be used with our MPFSC fillers or as a stand alone unit in combination with a scaling machine for example.

Also on display will be our NEW Precision Volume Adjustment Option for the MPF fillers. This enhancement allows 20 times more resolution thus increasing accuracy by fine tuning the adjustment of the fill volume. Conversions fit all existing Multi-Fill MPFS knife assemblies, and can be done easily in the field.

Also on display will be our NEW belt conveyor drive system for positive traction of the belt, as well as the NEW adjustable arms system for easier height adjustment of the filling head.

The MPFSC 120-01 consolidated filling system designed by Multi-Fill, Inc. has been developed with the food processor in mind. The compact design responds to the needs of food processors with limited space on their production lines. The system can be quickly cleaned in minutes, ready to fill a different product with no or few change parts. The incorporation of new technology into the MPF fillers allows for faster changeover, tighter accuracies, and increased cleanliness of fill, resulting in less down time.
