Kansan Uutiset Selects Anygraaf

Wednesday 04. March 2009 - Kansan Uutiset has chosen Anygraaf to implement its ePlanner Website management system. ePlanner expands Kansan Uutiset’s investment in Anygraaf software, which currently includes the Doris32 asset management and publishing production system, AProfit ad management suite and CProfit circulation and distribution software system.

The publication, located in Helsinki, Finland, is a nationally distributed newspaper, published three times per week, with circulation of approximately 15,000. ePlanner will be implemented as a site license allowing all users to work on the website. The system will also be used for publication of Kansan Uutiset’s weekly magazine, Viikkolehti as well as sister publication Satakunnan työ. Installation is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2009. About ePlanner Doris ePlanner is an intelligent, visually oriented tool for the creation and control of web-based publications; ePlanner provides tools to plan, build and manage websites via an easy-to-use graphical interface. ePlanner provides robust functionality including automatic information feeds, section control, material definitions and more. Web page planning is dynamically changeable. Content can be placed on a page automatically, or can be placed manually via the drag & drop function. ePlanner collects all materials, as well as the publication information associated with each item, and automatically publishes the content to a website. ePlanner provides the status of all materials assigned to a page, including publication date, number of views, location of article within the publication, and more. Materials can also be scheduled for automatic publication and/or removal from the web on a specific date and time.
