SITMA 1005-BW – THE MACHINE MEETING ALL MARKET REQUIREMENTS
The new Sitma 1005-BW has been designed for high-performance production of up to 15.000 packages/hour – with neutral or printed plastic film and is the ideal choice for medium-volume printers or direct-mail companies.
A wide range of options is available, such as feeders for stitched or bound magazines, for newspapers, for many kinds of inserts and for gadgets.
Sitma 1005-BW is able to wrap magazines and newspapers of various formats and can be equipped with a shrink tunnel and various stacker models according to the product thickness.
By means of the “touch screen” panel mounted on a rotating arm all key functions can be set, thus realizing minimum make-ready. The system offers the possibility to provide production reports also by remote access.
TIGHTWRAP APPLICATION ensures a perfectly tight package by stretching the film during the wrapping process.
It is possible to address the products with labels fed from continuous label sheets or by means of an inkjet printer. This function can be completed by ZIP code sorting.
SITMA SM 15 – THE NEW SOLUTION FOR THE MAILING INDUSTRY
The system offers a high level of flexibility as all envelope formats from A4 to A6 can be processed; even pocket envelopes can be used.
Quick format changes can be achieved thanks to pre-set job menus.
Availability of a wide range of servo-driven feeders for various kinds of inserts, a double reject gate for continuous production, customized solutions for processing roll, fan-fold and cut sheets.
