RPO ELECTRONIC ANTISTATIC SYSTEMS
Tuesday 03. March 2009 - Since 10 years, RPO electronic takes care about problems causated from Static Electricity in the dielectric materials ,like plastic films, paper, textile and everywhere these phenomenas appears. Our range of products,is divided in two macro solutions : passive and active.
Passive means that the system doesnt need of electrical transformer but only to be earth connected.
The antistatic Brushes are the easier and efficiently solution that you can use in order to solve electrostatical problems. Only conditions is that they needs to work very close to material that you want discharge, about between 5 and 12/15 millimeter.
Active are all the systems that works with high voltage transformer and produce a ionizing field.
They are the Bars, Fan, or blowing noozles. These solutions are well suggested when you have to work far from material that you want discharge. The work distance start from 20 millimeters in case of ionizing bars until 2 meters for the fan. Ionizing noozles are used to discharge and to clean small plastic products.
A new product that we are going to introduce for some applications , where there are strongs risks for people and quality causated from solvents and plammables materials, is called SICES.
It consist of an Antistatic Brush , that include an electrical device. The brush is connected with an external device ,that shows on his display the electrical voltag that is on the material and the residual voltage after the brush. On the front of display there is a trimmer for select the maximal voltage after the brush (max allowed), up there the system notify you with an alarm signal.
In order to improve the system, you can connect to a PC, and via interface download all the infomations about max/min voltage that the brush readed on the material in a Excel program. This system could be an easy and economic way to create documents that shows graphics and maximal voltage values in the material founded, that you can use like quality certificate for you customers.
