Roll Concept’s Alveotubes, the best web handling components there is !

Tuesday 03. March 2009 - Roll Concept’s Alveotubes are used as Idler, transducer, accumulator, guide, contact, nip, dancer, lay on, calender, reel spools, roll cores, …Our range includes simple profile but also ready to be installed solutions with a choice of mountings, coatings and coverings, notably anti-adhesive coatings to avoid when the product is hot, to stick to the roll. They are also balanced to insure perfect concentricity and straightness.

Our offer is adapted to each specific inquiry, taking into account productivity requirements, type of products processed, machine configuration to guarantee regularity of production.
The Roll Concept idler rolls guide and transfer the web at different steps of the production run on your machines : they keep a constant tension on the webs thanks to reduced friction and perfect rotation. Their light weight and the unique alveolar structure enable to combine bending strength and resistance to corrosion. Customized in different diameters and lengths our rolls are ready to be installed !
Our Alveotube
?
Winding cores guarantee top quality winding even at high speed and are easily handled by the operators. Resistant to water corrosion, long-lasting, ergonomic, secure and available in many diameters and lengths, our winding cores are turnkey solutions.
Our Corexal
?
is an universal core adapter for all 3″ shafts : this mechanical only system doesn’t need electrical, air, water, … supply and allows you to change your winding core diameter easily without any tubing, nor mounting, nor tools, nor any internal diameter modification.
We have completed our range with our patented cooled or heated roller. Thanks to its alveolar structure our thermal roller is a light and efficient solution bringing high performance. Its double internal fluid circulation guarantees an efficient thermal transfer for webs. Moreover, its aluminium structure allows reducing from 50% its weight than a standard double casing roller.
