NOVA Chemicals launches new customer service website

Tuesday 03. March 2009 - NOVA Chemicals today announced the launch of the new Customer Care website -- an online help site for customers. The Customer Care website includes new features, as well as improved existing features, providing users with a more convenient, user-friendly and streamlined website.

New features include:
* Online Order Placement
* Real-time integration between NOVA Chemicals’ systems and Customer Care
* Analysis of past and present sales volumes
* Account Statement Information

“We listened to our customers and developed a new site that meets their needs,” said Tracey McMahill, NOVA Chemicals’ Customer Service Leader. “This new site improves ordering efficiency, as it enables users to securely place orders online and to easily access shipment information — at any time from any location.”
