The formation of dust and electrostatic charges are one of the consequences which are due to the stress suffered by the worked in materials. These well-known and feared phenomena largely reduce the productive capacity of the latest generation machines, which work at more and more high speed. In these phases it is important to take the environment and the materials back to their ideal conditions as far as humidity and temperature are concerned.
The new line of humidifiers produced by Mendizza S.r.l. can be inserted and integrated in any industrial area without necessity of great renovation works, both in support of the existing cooling plants, and as a plant by itself, with very low energy consumption compared to traditional humidification systems.
The mobile device Jollyfog, for instance, is used where there is a temporary and/or localized lack of humidity. Its great autonomy allows to quickly re-establish the optimum conditions, in a working area of about 150-200 m². In fact, the AKIMist device installed on the mobile trolley is able to supply up to 16 litres/hour of spraying water.
The micro drops produced, of only 12 micron diameter, evaporate and are absorbed immediately by the surrounding environment. This fact guarantees a correct diffusion of the humidity without the negative effect of wetting or condensate.
There is no need of connections to electricity or water, but only to the compressed air.
The AKIMist devices are now installed in working areas by customers of different industrial fields:
