LIPPOLIS OPTICAL VIDEO TECHNOLOGY: VIDEO AREA EXPLORER E RULER CHECK
Monday 02. March 2009 - The Video Area Explorer (VA-EX525) is based on the possibility to explore and measures printing points, textile, flexographic cliché, etc.
The VA-EX525 standard has an exploration area and useful measure of 500x250mm with possibility to insert or to flow under it carpets or objects up to 750mm of width and 40mm of height. It uses a zoom objective with annular light incorporated led and an high resolution camera for magnifications between 30 and 120x (but it can be requested with different magnifications); besides it is possible to measure with an accuracy of 0,03mm on x-y axes distances between different points that can be visualized directly on two displays.
The video signal is sent to any monitor/TV or laptop to acquire, measure, compare, archive images or to film. The system is very compact and transportable.

Designed to satisfy the need to examine or also measure in video linear distances on very large surfaces with high precision (0.008mm).
This series of new measuring devices is founded on the shifting of the video-optic head along a guide of precision while a sensor detects the movement of it and sends data to a display or PC; a software inserts the relative referential quotes in the contest of acquired images.
Another remarkable news of this systems is the chance to easily remove the video-optic head from its place and mount it on transportable and autonomous stands and equipped with led illumination; the new device is ready to be used in another production place, for example to inspect and measure cylinders engraving or also to verify its clean, etc.
The connection to your own Laptop allows to examine, measure, acquire and archive images on curved and flat surfaces.
