With the largest investment for the offset plate production in Spain and centred in the factory in Rubí (Barcelona), the production is made on modern continuous production lines using meticulous process controls to assure consistency of the products in all production batches in order to comply with the standards of quality necessary to guarantee to the end user the application of the plate compatible with your print work.
Currently, as well as the analogue presensitized offset plates, already very consolidated and appreciated by the printer for many years, IPAGSA is in the vanguard of the technology with their products for “Direct Digital Exposure” with the CTP Thermal Plates of the latest generation, ARTE IP-21and first generation of Thermal RUBI T 50 plate, as well as the ECO series for “CTcP”.

Arte IP-21 is a positive Thermal plate with a energy required of 130 mJ/cm2. It can be used productively in all Thermal exposure equipments. Arte IP-21 has been already certified by the major CTP platesetter manufacturers. High resolution and FM capability @20 micron, the plate can achieve to run lengths up to 150.000 copies on press and once baked, more than 1 Mio. Arte IP-21 is compatible with nearly all the commercial CTP developers and plate processors present in the market.
RUBÍ T50
Positive digital thermal plate for exposure at 830 nm. The required energy is 170 mJ/cm2 and the plate is capable of a high resolution. The coating is very robust chemical and mechanically and it can print 300.000 or more copies without baking and over a million once baked. Unbaked it can also print run lengths up to 30.000 copies with UV inks.
ECO 88 S
ECO 88 S is a high sensitivity positive conventional plate for web and sheet-fed presses. The high sensitivity and excellent resolution of the plate make it ideal for use in CTcP digital exposure equipments at high productivity.
TOP F1.
A positive conventional plate for web and sheet-fed presses as well as continuous stationary applications. It is a very robust and consistent plate, compatible with the major developers present in the market with high resolution and run length of 150.000+ copies, reaching to 1 Mio. once baked.
