For the printing sector, Inometa is presenting highly specialized rollers for flexo, rotogravure and offset designed to optimize efficiency in each of these processes. The optimally matched Inometa system consisting of CFRP hydraulic mandrel and CFRP adapters thanks to their light weight provide for short machine set-up times with low personnel expenditure in flexo printing. Moreover the hydraulic clamping provides higher precision and, due to the use of carbon fiber, also more rigidity, less deflection, and better damping for maximum printing quality. The addition of the Harper brand Anilox products provides the basis for the ultimate printing performance.
Defined, precision-controlled web tension, supported by Inometa sensor rollers, guarantees high product quality and is a precondition for effective productivity. Thanks to their surface properties, such as traction, anti-stick, wear resistance, and hardness, Inometa rollers provide optimal results in converting applications. Another special feature: all surfaces can be applied to CFRP in repeatable coating quality.
Last but not least Inometa winding cores, with their high precision, guarantee flawless processing of all products. These winding cores made from aluminium or CFRP can be reused up to 1,000 times and they are suited for the most sensitive foils and highest-quality papers.
