The focus is on quality and on the reduction of starting time and on a costantly increasing standard of service. The company manufactures either wood or plastic based cutting dies for paper industry with the aid of cad station fully automed laser techniques for the cutting and folding of blades. In particular, this system can achive, above average levels of precision , quality and speed of execution, with regard to dies for self-adhesive labels. The company traditionally produces steel die, wich are obtained from a single block of material by means of eletrical discharge machining or optical control cutting
Dies mounted on to a metal base are the company new product and they are suitable for hot cutting.
The company is now involved in rotative cutting, with flexible die , cylinder, magnetic plate and gravure cylinder. The development of this techonologic has paved the way for the production of a kit used for the application of flexible sheets for die cutting directly onto the machine .
