Among Horizon proposals we find the tested lines of high speed collators VAC-100 and VAC-60H, the totally automatic bookletmaking machine SPF-200A + FC200A, the saddle stitching and finishing system StitchLiner 5500 and 6000.
Among the novelties Horizon we find the single-clamp and multi-clamps perfect binders in HotMelt version or in the new polyurethane version (PUR).
Other proposal Horizon are 50×70 sheets size folders, as the fully automatic AFC-566F equipped with 6 buckle plates, 1-cross knife and 2 buckle plates under the knife. All the necessary regulations, included those of the fold rolls and suction head position are effected in automatic way in maximum of 30 seconds. Another totally automatic folder is the AF-566FT4F model with 6 buckle plates + 4 buckle plates unity that can be installed in axle or in cross.
Among Hohner proposals we find the HBS 10000 fully automated saddle stitching system, with three knife trimmer and compensating stacker, ideal for medium and large productions. The set-up change is allowed very quickly with a production of 10,000/hour copies.

Morgana Digicoater is a totally automated and compact system, for printouts coating of both, digital and offset and “Primer” paper treatment. The machine uses a low pile feeding unity with suction feeding and one coating and drying unity with UV lamps.
