FLEXO UNITS WITH INDIPENDENT MOTORIZATION
The unit is with closed doctor blade, without ink splash, quick to start and easy to regulate, useful for large production of labels, or inking roller system, quickly to wash, useful for small quantities of labels. The gearless motorization of the flexo units eliminates the problems due to a mechanical connection.
HIGH SPEED FLEXO UNIT with sleeve system with progressive detatching system. These units are suitable for high production and speed (till to 300 m/min) and are studied in order to speed up the changeover with sleeve system and are installed on reel to reel machines with medium-large size.
COLD FOIL UNIT
This system allows to obtain an excellent quality very similar to hot foil, with the advantages of lower cost, higher speed (up to 120 m/min) and with no stress on material.
