Thursday 26. February 2009 - Our long experience in the field of hot-melt & wax has brought a new series of coating line WAX 100.

The self-evident characteristics of this machine are its extreme versatility in use, which is an excellent instrument to obtain efficient quality coating. The coating cylinders and coating tank are independently thermal regulated, which permits to maintain uniform product temperature and viscosity to guarantee perfect uniformity coating in transversal as well as longitudinal way. It also gives a wide range of options like simplex to automatic unwinder/rewinder, hot-melt coating in register on pre-printed web material with control system and rotogravure coating cylinder. We always pay great attention on our machines, towards the environmental & operative personal safety.
The compact rugged structure and easy handling assures not only better performance against variable tension but also minimises time factor in job change over. Our hot-melt coating machine includes complete fusion and re-circulation groups in order to meet a wide choice of each individual Customer.
