CUSTOMIZED AUTOMATIONS FOR CONVERFLEX 2009

Thursday 26. February 2009 - C.A.T. di CORSINI G. & C. S.P.A. designs and produces automatic system for the carton, cardboard and paper handling.

The company designs, produces and installs stand-alone solutions. Our product range includes stacker, automations for the automatic filling of carton boxes, complete lines for palletization and depalletization, product feeding for folder and gluer, end of the line with quality control and automatic palletization, bundling machines, conveyors, compacting units, quality and quantity controls etc.
In particular CAT produces automatic systems at the exit of the folder and gluer machines such as Cartonpack / Jagpack, for the automatic erection, making, filling (according to the customer specifications) and closure of carton boxes. This automation can process different sizes of boxes, allows different layouts inside the box with different types of product. The line can be completed with a system that allows the following palletization of the boxes.
Also CAT has successfully developed a new concept stacker that can be adjusted to process different sizes of cardboards, from the tobacco blanks, to the outer boxes to the packages for the food and cosmetic industry. A high precision counting device, a product aligning system that allows to obtain perfect piles that satisfy the highest quality standards, guarantee elevated performances.
The experience acquired in these years allows us to design, produce and test each system by our plants, offering also the installation, start-up and qualified service worldwide.
