Applicable to any industry, KwikTag Connect is a patented, enterprise-level, business-critical solution that streamlines paper-intensive business activities and processes. The appliance model increases value for ImageTag customers by extending simplified lifecycle management services and accelerating their return on investment.
NEI provides ImageTag with platform integration control, solution design, global logistics and smart services enabled by NEI’s ACE element manager. Additionally, ImageTag is benefiting from NEI’s global logistics and support services to brand, ship, deploy, repair and replace hardware products. This allows the company to focus on integrating KwikTag document imaging software into other Microsoft Dynamics applications while leveraging NEI’s experience with engineering, delivery, network integration, interoperability and break-fix management.
“By employing NEI’s suite of capabilities, we can better allocate resources to support our core business of developing fully integrated and innovative products that deliver the functionality, integrity and overall performance that our customers rely upon every day,” said Randall W. Eckel, president and CEO, ImageTag. “Deploying KwikTag Connect for Microsoft Dynamics GP on an NEI appliance enabled us to accelerate time to market, strengthen deployment controls and extend greater lifecycle value to our customers.”
“ImageTag’s selection of NEI clearly indicates the value and acceptance of the appliance platform, and the increased demand by software developers to shift fixed operating expenses to variable costs,” said Rusty Cone, senior vice president, sales and marketing, NEI. “We expect ImageTag will serve new markets with even greater efficiency as they help customers transform their businesses by turning the tumultuous paper burden into a true digital advantage.”
