INNOVA BIBACK HPO: THE CLEVER SLITTER REWINDER
Tuesday 24. February 2009 - Cason Converting & Packaging Technologies will present at CONVERFLEX 2009 an absolute new dual shaft slitter rewinder: the INNOVA BIBACK HPO.
INNOVA BIBACK HPO combines flexibility, security and simplicity whit a rational design and is designed for the slitting of different materials.
INNOVA BIBACK HPO still maintains the compactness typical of Casons previous slitters, but offers new pros like the film Over-Head web path and the possibility to process mother rolls of bigger weight and size.
The integrated shaftless unwinder is characterized by a innovative vertical movement assuring a unknown accessibility and functionality, with a full automatic roll positioning and alignment.
The Film path is designed to facilitate an immediate start-up of the slitter and a quick mother roll replacement. Film tension control in closed loop with loading cells during unwinding and winding is accurate and fully controlled by the PLC equipped with the latest generation of the software developed by the same Cason.
INNOVA BIBACKHPO offers to the operator a direct access to the slitting area for a safer and quicker adjustment of the slitting groups.
The slitter rewinder has two independent winding stations with a integrated reel unloading unit. INNOVA BIBACK HPO is equipped with a LCD Touch Screen Colour, whit user friendly software able to manage all the operational parameters of the machine, the full diagnostic and the storing of recipes for processing frequently repeated jobs.
