Tuesday 17. February 2009 - Mecaplastic, manufacturer of tray sealing and thermoforming machines, will present its latest developments on the Anuga Foodtec show : the new FS 930 thermoforming machine and the S 5000 inline machine.
S 5000 : automatic inline tray sealing machine
The S 5000 is a fully automatic and programable sealing machine, for sealing prefabricated trays with cover film, with or without vacuum and gaz reinjection. Trays are placed manually or automatically on the conveyor. The machine is equipped with a fast tooling change system and the access to the tooling is optimised. The machine ergonomy permits also a simple use without effort.
APPLICATIONS: Any kind of food products – solid, liquid or paste: salad and catering, fruits and vegetables, snacks and sandwiches, delicatessen, ready cooked dishes, meat, pork butchery, fish products, dairy products, fresh pastry products…

Thanks to its long experience in thermoforming machines, Mecaplastic has developped 3 new models:
FS 910, 930 & 950
Packaging lines for flexible or rigid films, with or without gas-flushing for the food, industrial and pharmaceutical market.
A new range of thermoforming machines develop for all products or needs : Strength, Hygiene and safety, Completely washable, Ergonomic, Fast and simple changeover
The new FS 930 thermoforming machine: sturdy and modular, a packaging line suitable for all production. Fast changeover of the tooling with the easy changing system : less than 5 minutes, vairous widths, suitable for flexible and rigid films, completely washable.
